Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery service and the country of delivery you select. All orders are shipped from Italy.

Delivery Information

Bespoke stationery is delivered within 15 days of the purchase to the address indicated by the customer.

Leather goods, writing instruments and stationery are delivered within 5-7 working days outside Italy.

In case of extraordinary events (such as strikes, certain weather conditions…) deliveries could take a longer period of time. Please note that during Christmas time, deliveries could time a longer time too. Personalised items (leather goods, pencils, engraved stationery) may need more time. Sale Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. In any case PINEIDER 1774 SRL is not responsible for those charges. Therefore all International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at time of delivery. Pineider has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination county and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Shipments to P.O. boxes are not permitted.
Orders shipped to countries inside the Russian Federation, according to regulations, can not be delivered to private addresses, but only to institutional, professional and business addresses.

Euro 10,00 Flat Rate shipping applies to standard Ground shipping orders only (shipped to Italy).

Free shipping for order over 250 euro.
